How to register

Follow these steps from start to finish. After you submit you will get your number, then you can track whether the application was accepted.

1. Start the application

   Click Apply Now. You can change language at the top (Kiswahili / English) before filling the form.

2. Upload a photo and complete 7 steps

   Class selection, student details, academics, guardian, documents (PDF/JPG), declaration, then review. Use Edit if you made a mistake.

3. Submit and keep your number

   After submit you get a number like BSS/F1/2026/00002. BSS is the school, F1 is the class, 2026 is the year, 00002 is your number.

4. Track your application

   Go to Admissions → Track application and enter your number. You will see the status: submitted, under review, accepted, or not successful.
